All individuals with household income below 138% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) represented in this chart may be eligible for Medicaid unless they are covered by Medicare.
The income limits are up to 156% FPL for insured children, up to 206% FPL for uninsured children and 200% FPL for pregnant women. Therefore, pregnant women and children may quality with income at higher levels.
